Clients reviews about Fine Element Construction - Kitchen and Bathroom remodeler

We just completed a kitchen expansion/reconfiguration and main floor refresh with the Fine Element Team. They stood out from the beginning as they took their time during the consult to make sure they understood our vision and were able to present a proposal that was realistic in terms of what we could achieve. Communication with Gil was outstanding- he was only ever a text or call away. He was on site daily once work got going to make sure things were staying on track. We had a decent idea of the style we wanted but Gil and Emma had some great design ideas that made our space feel cohesive an uniquely ours. We are so happy with our new space! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They have the vision and the skills to make your home design dreams a reality. ~ Karina K

I’m extremely pleased with my kitchen renovation. From the first conversation, the team made everything simple and stress‑free. They were easy to work with, respectful, and genuinely collaborative during the design phase. The rendering they created was impressively accurate. The finished kitchen looks exactly like what I was shown. The quote was honest and straightforward, with no hidden fees or unexpected add‑ons. The craftsmanship is top‑tier. My kitchen now looks elegant, modern, and beautifully finished. They also surprised me with thoughtful design ideas I never would have considered, and those details truly elevated the space. They left my home spotless when the job was done, which speaks to their professionalism. Overall, a high‑quality experience and a result I absolutely love. ~ Jennifer B

I recently had my small bathroom completely remodeled by Fine Element Construction here in Seattle, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They managed to transform my limited space into a perfect, functional design that fits all my needs. The price was very reasonable compared to other bathroom remodeling companies in the area, and the team was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They stayed on schedule, kept me updated throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised. I’m very satisfied with the quality of their work and highly recommend Fine Element Construction to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and affordable bathroom remodeling in Seattle. 🤩 ~ Tahel K

We recently worked with Fine Element Construction on building a new deck, and the results exceeded our expectations. From the first meeting, the team was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They recommended using Trex composite decking, and honestly, it was the best decision we could have made. It looks amazing, feels solid underfoot, and we love that it’s low maintenance. The crew handled every part of the job with precision and attention to detail. The final deck feels like a true extension of our home and has already become our favorite place to relax and host friends. Highly recommend Fine Element to anyone looking to build or upgrade their deck. ~ tomer t

We just finished bathroom remodel with Fine Element and couldn’t be happier. We were sold after the first meeting with Asa and canceled all the other bids. We agreed on scope up front and they got right to work on the demo with a team of guys. When we increased the scope along the way, Asa drove to our house on Saturday to meet with us and we agreed on price that we were all happy with. As little items came up along the way, they didn’t hit us with annoying scope changes. They work quick and do high quality work. Highly recommend! The before and after photos speak for themselves. ~ Ryan G

The custom cabinets they built are a game-changer, thoughtfully planned with smart storage, deep drawers, and clean, modern finishes. Everything is exactly where it should be, making the kitchen both highly functional and visually beautiful. It now feels like the heart of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with from start to finish. ~ Matan G

We hired Fine Element Construction for a full bathroom remodel in our home in Seattle and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and clearly took pride in their work. Every detail was handled with care from the tile installation to the plumbing and lighting. They stuck to the schedule, kept the space clean throughout the project, and delivered exactly what we had in mind. The quality of the work really stands out. We’re thrilled with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to others. ~ Eli S

Exceptional Kitchen Remodel We couldn't be happier with Fine Element Construction they took our space from outdated to a true showstopper, and the quality of the work shows in every detail. The layout is both beautiful and highly functional — a separate Thermador wall oven and gas rangetop gives us way more flexibility for cooking than a standard range setup. The two-tone cabinetry (crisp white uppers paired with a soft gray on the pantry wall) adds real depth, and the brushed brass hardware ties the whole look together beautifully. The waterfall-edge quartz island is the centerpiece of the kitchen — the contrast between the white quartz and the dark base is striking without being loud. They also skipped the standard tile backsplash in favor of a slab quartz backsplash behind the range, which gives it a clean, high-end feel. Every detail — from the layered lighting to the finish selections — was clearly thought through.Fine Element Construction communicated well throughout the project, stayed on budget and projected timeline and delivered a kitchen that's exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone considering a remodel. ~ Mark B
